Modes of transport

“Transportation system is the lifeline of any country.”As an individual, everyone should be aware of traffic signals, mode of transport, how to do first aid in case of emergency, and making a call to the helpline. All these basic pieces of informationhave to be known by each student.

During early childhood, children are dependent on their parents to carry them around before they start walking, they hop up into their little strollers and travel the city with mom and dad guiding them. As soon as they start getting older, children have to learn how to drive through their houses, which turns out to be a great exercise for children’s spatial awareness. As they reach a certain age, bicycles are the way to go for many kids that wish to set out on adventures with family and friends!

 Every student has to be aware of the modes of transport and traffic signals Thus, it assists in avoiding accidents. Another important cause to follow traffic rules is that we can protect several other lives too by our responsible driving. The World Health Organization (WHO) estimates that motor vehicle crashes kill more than 1 million people around the world each year, and seriously injure as many as 20 to 50 million.

Our CBSE school in Villupuram has to insist on road safety measures for our Lord’s learners to avoid accidents. We are faculties have a great concern for our children’ssafety. To insist them of the importance of transport, we have engaged our Lords students of Grade III-A2 to prepare a model of different modes of transport. Students enjoyed the activity and they have learnt the protocol which ensures their safety.
